Steven two favorite things to do are swing and take a bath he loves them! Bath time is always daddy and him time! My husband adam always gives him a bath and, steven just laughs and laughs. He moves around alot in the bath and plays with toys, its hard to get him out of the water... and i love that he loves playing outside he likes to watch everything that is going on and has the biggest smile when on the swing! i just have the cutest baby boy ever! I'm one lucky momma!

Already 8 months man time is flying by we just found out that steven will be getting his first implant the first week of August.. and we are more then excited for him. He will be in speech thearpy for a good two years after he gets it so we will just need to work really hard with him, but i know we can do it and i know he will be the best at everything. I believe he will be able to do anything he wants too. As far as the other implant goes we are still trying to raise money for him we have to raise 50,000 so those of you that have helped my family with a donation thank you so much you will never know how much it means to us!

Cant believe my baby boy is 7 months old!!!! one month away from the age limit for implants! Steven can now blow bubbles, crawl on his back haha... sits up and plays with his toys, his toys are his favorite, steven can get anywhere he wants, i got a baby on the move. He can now also eat baby snacks i have to take them away from him though or he will eat way to much! TV does not do much for steven if it doesn't have bright colors cause of his hearing. so we dont watch to very many movies.. the warm weather is finally hear and he has loved playing outside.. cant wait to take him swimming! we are going to start doing some fundraisers for his implants soon paypal will be set up on here if you would like to help :) anything helps :)

7.  He tries to steal the controller from Dad when he is playing video games.
8. He has not on but TWO iPhones, and thinks it is funny to get slobber all over them and give them back.
9. Rides the Dinosaur Train on a daily basis.
10.  Makes his parents the luckiest people in the entire world. Without him life would not be as amazing, interesting, or hectic as it is.
11. I know I said 10 but this one is important, HE LOVES POKÉMON (especially pig, thanks Uncle Sam.)

This is steven, the pride and joy of mine and my husband adam's life... when Steven was two week old we found he was deaf.. at first we thought it was the end of the world. I never thought my son would hear his parents voice, yet alone have a normal life. I had never met or known anyone that was deaf before.. had a mini break down for about a week held him so tight and just cried.. i thought it was all my fault he was deaf. Which it wasn't. Then about a week after finding out, i heard about implants, and made steven an appt right away at primary children's hospital. and after at ton of hospital visits we found out he could get an implant! I had never been so happy! My baby boy would be able to hear his mom and dads voice and have a normal life. He will be getting his implant sometime before or around his first birthday! Steven Leon Martin your parents love you more then you will ever know!
